Executive Board Meeting

Meeting Attendees:

I.                   Call to Order

Lorenzo called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM

 

II.                Reading and Approval of the Previous Minutes

A motion was made by Lorenzo and seconded by Tim to accept the minutes from the October 6, 2004 Executive Board Meeting.

 

III.             Reports of Officers

 

Immediate Past President – Lorenzo Rotoli

·        Thanked the board for coming.

·        The total from the Upstate Annual Meeting was $11,000, which was split with MPO.

·        Look at web site to keep current.

·        Went through line-by-line explanation of budget.

·        Made motion to approve budget and Tim seconded the motion.

 

President – Tim Faulkner

 

Vice President – Don Adams

 

Secretary – Paul Pfleuger

 

 

 

Treasurer – Amy Dake

·        Increased postage by $20 to $170.

·        To update 2005 budget.
