IV.              Reports of Other Executive Committee Members

International Director – Rick Zabinski

·        ITE headquarters reported that they are working in coordination with International Association of Continuing Education and Training to get courses and conference sessions approved for professional development hours.  They can review for NY if needed.

·        Upstate Section should advertise meetings with pdh’s to New England and Met Sections because they both have members that hold NYS Professional Engineering license.

·        The role of the International Director is continuing to evolve – added to their responsibility are “mega issues” that the Board will evaluate on a quarterly basis.  Fist “mega issue” was work force development and the next issue is safety.

·        The professional development cd’s were given to Paula

·        The New England Section used one of the cd’s for a session that provided pdh’s.

District Delegate – Mike Schauer
